Put in Sock!

Busy week.

Funny story. Our English class is made up mostly of older woman who like to talk and talk over each other (I've tried using the talking stick which only works if I want one person to talk for the entire class haha)
Well couple weeks ago someone asked how to ask someone to be quiet so I taught em "put a sock in it" and they had a kick outta that and from that point on they will tell each other to, "Put in sock!" "Put in sock!"
Guess what? The church is true and Christ changes lives. Recently our recent convert Peymon received the Melchizedek Priesthood who a year ago thought he would never be baptized. The impact Christ has made on the family is tremendous.
Love ya all!
Also saw Edie Young from our stake.  She's serving in the Anaheim Mission, what the hey?

Missionary Wet Suit??!!

Hello everybody! Happy President’s day.

I'll be brief today
Last week was very powerful. We met several new people who are interested in learning more. Specifically a whole family! It's fun cause the kids don't speak any English. They had just recently come from Iran. It will be an exciting next couple of weeks for these guys
I was walking around yesterday and saw a man shaking off a wet suit. My comp and I started talking to him about that and the ocean and I suppose it was clear to him We knew little about the subject so he turns to me and says. "Bro you wanna a wet suit i have an extra one" and I was like "oh I don't know if I could take that from you..." and he was like, "why not???"
So I said, "........ uhhhh ..... I guess I don't know, sure!" So now I have a wet suit! It has taken my showers to the next level

Have a great week!
