Potato Bum!!

Hello dear family and friends. Hope all is well in Zion. This last week has been busy. Most days filled with rejection. However they all end with the Lord guiding us to one specific person who is, as they say, elect. We received bitter sweet news that our 8 year old friend Termeh that we have been teaching and is on date for Baptism is no longer under our jurisdiction she will go to someone else as well as we don't need to teach her anymore for her to be baptized.

Whatever the case she will be baptized although in the process of me writing this whole thing Maryam her mother just messaged me and said maybe we should move her baptism date back because she is worried about some details so as I am currently writing this I am feeling a steadily increasing sense of panic. *sigh
Well if it was easy I'd be out of a job
Anyway regardless of these recent events I am very happy and proud to be a missionary

Due to inflation we will now be payed 125 dollars every two weeks rather than the 94 we were previously paid

I will now I will write a something that happened recently, sit tight this is probably gonna be long:

And It came to pass that certain elders gathered themselves together. And the one spake unto the other saying, come let us go down to the park and study, that we may be edified in all things, that we may come to know and learn the mysteries of God whilst also getting a sweet tan.
And it came to pass that the other said yea.
Therefore, the Elders went forth until they had found a certain park. And therefore it came to pass that the elder of the Elders spake seemingly to himself in an exceedingly epic way saying, this is good. And so on the 30th day of the 10th month of the 2nd year of Elder Higginson, they began to study.
However whilst the elders studied, the youth of that country  were gathered together for recess on the other side of the park. And these youth were exceedingly rowdy, quick to do shenanigans and slow to keep the commandments of the Lord their God (specifically the one about not calling people names): Now the leader of the bunch was probably named Butch, as it was custom of the people of that land to call all bullies by that name.
And it came to pass that as the people of butch saw that the Elder called Higginson to be alone they began to speak with much rudeness to him. With all manner of speech did they speak (nerd in the white shirt reading a book to name a few)
Therefore the Elder found it expedient that he should say nothing as he remembered the words of his father to turn the other cheek (plus he really couldn't think of anything cool to say to rebuke them).
However when the butch saw that he could not get the elder to react, he silenced all his people. And cried with a loud voice, "potato bum!"
And it came to pass that elder Higginson was exceedingly astonished. Never before had he heard such a thing uttered by any moral man. Therefore, as the book of Kings suggests, he found it expedient that should call two she bears to tare butch and his gang 40 and 2.
And it came to pass that after he had called the she bears, much to his dismay, the she bears were on their way south to San Diego because they unfortunately were stuck in the the HOV lane and nobody would let them merge so they missed their exit. Oh well.
So the Elders decided to go as Nephi directs and heed them not 1 Nephi 8 33.
And when they saw that no word of mouth could get the Elder to react they went their way.
And thus ended the 10th month of the 2nd year of Elder Higginson.

True story. Anyway I love you all. I'm doing great! Here are some pictures:)
Yes that is the same park haha
